Today we are going to talk about the management process

It is a discipline of comprehensive business management, which integrates other related disciplines, technologies and best practices of the past and present; and all the technologies necessary to give life to the realization and execution.

It focuses on achieving continuous improvement of the organization through business processes consistent with defined strategies. The strategy and its process are dynamic, so there must be agility, preparation and attention to face changes in the environment (customers, competition, regulations, etc.).

It must promote excellence, effectiveness, efficiency, strategic coordination, integration, agility, scalability and sustainability. Therefore, the highest performance operation can always be achieved.

To be managed successfully, the process must include the following people and be supported by: people, technology, methods, strategies, governance and culture change.
