The first type of leadership that we are going to talk about is business leadership:

Business leadership is the person who leads your company towards the goals and objectives that the company has. One of the essential things that a business leader must have is to put themselves in the shoes of others, understand them, treat them well, listen to them, help them in whatever they need, advise them, among other things.

If you don't do any of the things I just mentioned, you can't call yourself a leader because you're not doing things right.

 The following type of leadership is democratic leadership:

Democratic leadership has the ability to listen, participate, and measure the suggestions and opinions of team members. Democratic leadership is a model that produces high satisfaction among project members, which can increase their motivation, thus increasing their productivity and the profitability of the company. This is a leadership style that takes time to develop, but the results are worth it.

The following type of leadership is laissez-faire leadership:

This type of leadership, leaders do not neglect the task of monitoring and tracking work, because as you know, commending is not the same as washing your hands and letting others work hard. This type of leadership that people carry is because they already have experience with the subject.

The following type of leadership is transformational leadership:

This type of leadership is one of the most comprehensive types of business leadership. He is the most complete leader or boss.

Transformational leaders can discover the best in each professional and know how to maximize their talents, so that they can improve the productivity and performance of their valuable human team.
