Today we are going to talk about leadership.

The truth is that I am not going to lie to you, one of my dreams has been to be an influencer because I have always wanted to influence and motivate others towards the good, because I feel that I can leave my mark on several people but the truth is that it scares me if I go to be successful, but at the same time I am afraid of being able to make that dream come true because the truth is that today the problems that exist all over the world are very ugly, for example of missing people, people who kill because they don't like them how do you think... 

And then another of the things for which I cannot make that dream come true is because my family doesn't like it, my family has a job and they let me have social networks, many do not have social networks, they do not like to upload things... because they know and feel that social networks are very powerful!

Many people have the same dream as me ... to be an influencer which in other words is to be a leader!First of all we have to understand that being a leader is both an opportunity and a potential, and we have to understand that being a leader in any aspect implies knowing what it is and what we have to do in order to be a good leader.

Being a good leader implies putting yourself in the shoes of others, and understanding them, being fair, being open, working as a team, helping others, not giving up easily, being a better person, every day and it also implies committing 100% and be constant, count on… I invite you that if you want to be a good leader, propose it and make it come true, that nobody and nothing tell you that you can do it! If you like it so much, take the risk of making it come true!
